Who creates all the ads and content?+
We do everything video scripts, hooks, on-screen text, static images, media buying. You don't write a word or record anything (unless you choose to). We handle the entire creative and ad management side.
What is the minimum ad budget required?+
Your ad budget runs directly from your account to Meta. We never touch that money. We agree on the right daily budget for your market together on your free Market Fit Call, enough for the algorithm to optimise toward real booking events in a reasonable timeframe.
What if I have multiple markets?+
We work on a per-market basis. Multiple markets can be discussed on your Market Fit Call. Each market is capped at 2 agents, so once both spots are filled we stop taking anyone else in your area.
Why is ad spend separate from the service fee?+
Transparency. When agencies bundle ad spend into fees you lose visibility into where your money goes. Your spend goes directly from your card to Meta. You see every dollar, every impression, every click. Your appointment pack is a separate flat price, so nothing is bundled or buried.
What if it doesn't work for my market?+
That's exactly what the free Market Fit Call is for. If your market doesn't have the volume to make this work, we tell you no before you spend a dollar. If we take you on, the guarantee applies: 10 qualified appointments within 60 days, first ones inside 30. If they are landing but slow we keep working at no extra cost until you hit 10, and if nothing lands by day 30 we refund our fee and pause the spend.
I already get referrals. Why do I need this?+

Our AI has spoken to the person and confirmed: (1) they're the real property owner or a genuine buyer, (2) they're in your market, and (3) they're actively ready to buy or sell now, not just browsing. Bots and wrong numbers are replaced free. A no-show still counts as delivered, because our AI already qualified and booked the person, whether they pick up is on you.
